She is currently the Director of Budget and Entitlement Policy at the Cato Institute. She has more than a decade of experience researching, analyzing, and communicating complex issues related to federal budgeting, government debt, and entitlement program design. She's testified before Congress and guided federal executive and congressional budget plans and related legislation.
