The State of Mississippi is in the process of reducing state income tax with the goal of elimination, making Mississippi the 10th state with no state income tax.  The Mississippi Center for Public Policy has been deeply involved in the process.  Mr Carswell is the President of that organization and he will address the hows and whys that led to that policy result.
