Ken Fisher has been with Park City for over 30 years.  He oversees the development and management of recreational facilities and programs, including the Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center (PC MARC) and City Park. He is also responsible for initiatives that include the renovation of the PC MARC outdoor aquatic facilities,  new leisure and lap pools which began construction in April 2025, and the rebuilding of the City Park Recreation Building.
